Contacting RT Collective

When direct delivery is enabled, the website sends the details you provide to RT Collective through Follow Up Boss so we can respond to your inquiry and coordinate requested services. If direct delivery is unavailable, the form prepares an email draft for you to review and send yourself. The form indicates the active method before you submit.

Your contact preferences

We use your inquiry and preferred contact method to respond to your request. The optional email checkbox requests relevant follow-up over four weeks; it does not enroll you in unrelated newsletters or listing alerts. The optional text checkbox requests texts about your inquiry, including automated messages. We record the choice, disclosure version, submission time, and browser timezone with the inquiry. A browser timezone is only a scheduling hint and may need confirmation. You can change your preferences by contacting Carley, unsubscribe from follow-up emails, or reply STOP to texts. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.

Texting information

SMS opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. Service providers may process information to deliver messages and operate our services. Texting consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a property or service.

Booking and outside services

The booking page loads Calendly after you choose to view available times. Calendly processes appointment details under its own privacy policy. Links to Google, maps, social platforms, and other providers lead to services with their own privacy practices.

Website operation

The hosting provider may process technical information, such as network requests and IP addresses, to deliver and protect this website. We have not added advertising analytics or a marketing subscription to these forms.

Your choices

You may call instead of completing a form. Do not send financial account information, identification documents, or other sensitive documents through an initial website inquiry. Contact us about questions or requests concerning information you have shared.

Your saved areas and client resources

The neighborhood shortlist, move-in checklist, and digital field guide save locally in your browser on this device. They do not create an account or sync between devices. Clearing browser data may erase them. Use the clear controls or print a copy as needed. Saved neighborhoods reach RT Collective only when included in a submitted inquiry; field-guide notes are not transmitted automatically. Do not enter sensitive information on shared devices.

RT Concierge conversations

RT Concierge is a digital assistant. Messages and the page where your conversation began are stored securely so the conversation can continue and Carley can help. RT Home may include the search preferences currently on your screen. This does not create an IDX account or subscribe you to listing alerts.

Anonymous conversations expire after 30 days of inactivity. Conversations shared with contact details expire after 90 days of inactivity; expired records are removed when subsequent conversations begin. When you choose to share your details with Carley, your inquiry and transcript are also sent to Follow Up Boss, which retains its own records. Your conversation is not public. A secure cookie lets this browser return to it.

Do not include passwords, payment information, Social Security numbers or financial documents. Type STOP to stop this concierge conversation. This does not change subscriptions held by other services. For access, deletion or a broader contact-preference request, email carleyrae@rtcollectivelv.com.
