Born and raised in Las Vegas, Carley brings nearly a decade of real estate experience and an educator’s mindset to every move. She founded RT Collective around a simple idea: real estate guidance should feel as personal as the decisions behind it.
Before real estate, her background in fine dining at Caesars Palace shaped an approach built on anticipating needs, noticing details, and caring about the experience. Today, that same attention informs how she guides buyers, prepares listings, negotiates, and coordinates the moving pieces of a transaction.
Her work spans buyers and sellers, relocation, new construction, investors, condos, high-rises, and unique properties across Southern Nevada. As a Nevada continuing education instructor, she also helps real estate professionals develop their knowledge and skills.
