Inspections and closing coordination
Inspection attendance and coordination with your lender, inspector, and title team. Carley attends the final walkthrough and closing or signing whenever possible.

We provide HOA and community documentation and connect you with the association, management company, or appropriate professional for clarification.

Home warranty
When appropriate, Carley requests or negotiates seller-paid home warranty coverage. RT Collective does not automatically pay for a warranty.
Professional cleaning
When the seller has not already had the property professionally cleaned, RT Collective provides professional cleaning as part of the closing gift, subject to program terms.
Inspection and partner resources
You pay for your inspection. Preferred vendors may offer special client pricing. Other partner benefits, such as appraisal assistance or mobile notary services, depend on the transaction, provider, and eligibility.

A thoughtful part of your experience, chosen with you in mind. Carley will explain the services and benefits that apply to your transaction.
Outside-agent referral and business-to-business programs have separate requirements. Their financial benefits are not standard Concierge benefits.
