Originally from Cedar Falls, Iowa, Linzie Sawyer brings a Midwestern warmth, competitive drive, and genuinely personal approach to the RT Collective team.

Linzie has called Las Vegas home for 20 years, originally making the move from Cedar Falls, Iowa to pursue a career in professional bodybuilding. With a background as a competitive gymnast and personal trainer, discipline, goal-setting, and helping others achieve meaningful results have always been part of who she is.

She transitioned into real estate in 2019 after recognizing just how overwhelming buying, selling, and moving can feel without the right person in your corner. Her approach is grounded in something simple: protect her clients’ best interests, provide reliable guidance, and make sure they feel taken care of from beginning to end.

Known for her down-to-earth personality and ability to make people feel comfortable, Linzie works to bring clarity and calm to a process that can otherwise feel stressful. She believes great representation goes beyond finding a home or completing a transaction. It means listening, communicating, advocating, and helping clients make decisions they feel confident about.

As a mother of two, Linzie also understands how personal a move can be and how much a home can affect everyday life. She has built her real estate career around creating a meaningful balance between the people she loves and the clients she serves.

At RT Collective, Linzie brings together her competitive mindset and approachable personality to deliver the high-touch, relationship-driven experience our clients expect.
